About Me…
I am a Master of Marriage and Family Therapy (MMFT) graduate from Trevecca Nazarene University, passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges with clarity and resilience. My therapeutic approach is rooted in Bowen Family Systems Theory, enriched by the practical tools of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and the trauma-focused healing of Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). This blend allows me to help clients understand their relational patterns, reframe unhelpful thoughts, and work through deep emotional pain in a safe and structured way.
A Franklin native, I value strong community connections and the importance of family systems. At home, I’m a husband to an equine professional and the proud father of a 13-year-old son who keeps me on my toes as a lacrosse player. My personal and professional life are both grounded in the belief that growth happens in relationships, and I bring that systems perspective into every session I facilitate.
